We do not accept insurance. Insurance companies often require a diagnosis, access to your records, and may deny coverage for concerns such as relationship issues. By paying out of pocket, you keep your therapy private and self-directed. If after your free consultation our rate feels out of reach, we encourage you to explore your insurance directory for in-network providers
